Shipping policy

My goal in the Diary of a Quilter Shop is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. The Shopify platform will give you a choice of different rates based on the weight of the items being shipped.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: I try to process orders every weekday to ensure prompt delivery.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be handed off to the USPS and to be shipped to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by USPS and delivery will take between 2-5 days depending on distance and rate of service.
• If there is every a large discrepancy in postal charge and the actual rate of used postage to ship item, I will promptly provide a shipping overage refund. (This may take a day or two extra with International orders as I typically take them into my local post office to ensure they are shipped at the best rate.)
